Effective 5 September 2026

The short version: we do not store the text of your messages, we do not sell anything about you, and we collect the minimum needed to run an account and bill it.

About the operator. Pushferry is currently operated as an independent service reachable at hello@pushferry.com, with its servers in Frankfurt, Germany. The registered company details and the governing law for paid subscriptions are being finalised and will be published on this page, with the effective date, before paid plans open. Until then this document describes how the service actually handles your data and what we undertake to do — which is the part that binds our behaviour today.

Who else sees anything

We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising. Data reaches third parties only where the service cannot work otherwise:

Your rights

If you are in the EU or UK you have the rights the GDPR gives you: to see what we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, to get a copy in a portable form, to object to processing, and to complain to your national supervisory authority. Write to hello@pushferry.com and we will answer within one month.

Deleting your account removes your account data. Records we must keep for accounting or that are needed to defend a legal claim are the exception, and they are kept only for as long as that requires.

Cookies

The cabinet sets a session cookie so you stay signed in, and remembers your language. That is what the cookies are for; we do not run advertising trackers on this site.

Children

The service is not intended for people under 16, and we do not knowingly create accounts for them.

Changes

If we change how we handle your data we will update this page and change the effective date at the top. Where a change is material we will also tell account holders by e-mail.
